In my consultations, I ask questions to understand the core of the challenge. I intend to get to the root cause of the problem, rather than simply fighting the symptoms.

In order to achieve this, we work on your problem as an interdisciplinary team. We work together constructively and at eye level to find solutions that fit you today and tomorrow. My training in systemic consensus building has given me a toolbox of methods to use.
